Areas: Our attorneys are licensed to practice
law in the State of
Ohio
, and our Coverage Area consists of all eighty-eight
counties in Ohio. We
invest a substantial amount of resources to
continually update our system to stay current with
the individual requirements of the various courts
within
Ohio
. This
practice permits us to process filings more
efficiently in an effort to expedite the litigation
process.
Additionally, we are part of a nation-wide network
of collection attorneys, which allows us to transfer
judgments to local jurisdictions in other States
and/or to forward claims to out-of-state attorneys
as appropriate.
Depending on our client’s needs, we will
manage forwarded claims on behalf of our clients or
we will facilitate a direct relationship between our
clients and the services of out-of-state attorneys.
