David B. Pariser, Esq. graduated from The Ohio State University in 1971 with a B.A. and from Capital University Law School with a J.D. in 1974.  He is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio , and he has been actively involved in the area of creditor’s rights for over 30 years.  Mr. Pariser is Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General with the authority to represent the State of Ohio on collection matters.  Mr. Pariser is a lecturer and he is co-author of the National Business Institute “Collection Techniques and the law in Ohio .”  He has also contributed to many other publications including the Ohio State Bar Association CLE Institute “Debt Collection 2000” and the Columbus Bar Association “Collections for the General Practitioner.” Mr. Pariser is known as one of the premier debt collection lawyers in Ohio .
